    Morning NEG, I just wanted to say thank you for outstanding service I received last night. After a long day of decorating having no hot water was not ideal but it was all resolved within 2 hours. The contractor was spot on and was really friendly – 10/10. I think the best way to get an understating of the Home Emergency product is to actually have to use it yourself, and on both occasions I’ve been massively impressed.
